# Welcome to The Karma Project

## Overview

The Karma Project is dedicated to simplifying the way crypto assets and NFTs are donated to charity by building a donation platform that puts everything needed to make a donation in one place. When donating, there should not be the added burden of figuring out which cryptocurrency the charity accepts and the time-consuming extra steps of exchanging crypto first before making the donation. Another step that should be available on the same platform is pre-donation appraisals. With our innovative platform, we remove all barriers to allow donations to charities simple, secure, and successful. The Karma Project will offer a no-hassle auto-swap feature as well as on-the-spot fast appraisals for donations of $5k and more. The platform will also offer helpful donation tips, tools, and charity spotlights.
